G&G Consultants was setup to assist our customers in a professional and friendly way. 

Ministry of Finance or the Registrar of Unclaimed Money never appointed any individual / firm / company as an intermediary or agent for the refund of Unclaimed Money. We are only here if you need our assistance in claiming for you as it takes a lot of your time and effort, so we do our best to do all the documentation to expedite the claims. That is why we charge the professional fee to cover all the cost and time involved.

We understand that it is not "safe" to provide photocopy of I/C, Bank details or any other sensitive documents for safety/fraud reasons but the documents are needed to process the claim and we always advised our customers to cross the top of the documents with the heading "For Unclaimed Money Only".  For customers who feel "uncomfortable", we will advise you to come to our office so that you will feel that we are genuine consultants just trying to assist you and get paid honestly.

We do not charge our customers in advance and you only need to pay our professional charges after the money has been safely transferred into your bank account.  

The time frame for you to receive the money might take a while as it has to go thru various process. The average time is between one (1) month to three (3) months upon receiving your full documents before the money is transferred safely into your bank account.
